The Past Pupils Association of Visakha UK held their 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 15th March 2008 in the Salter Suite at Harrow & Wembley Progressive Synagogue in Harrow, with the president Chandani Rekers in the chair. There was a large turnout of members in attendance. The meeting was followed by a presentation by the new president Dr Harshi Borelessa and other committee members who took the members and the guests back through time covering the activities of the association in over the last 25 years. The association has not only helped Visakha Vidyalaya over this period but many charities in Sri Lanka. In the current year alone the association has raised well over £7000.00 for many good causes.
