S.W.R.D.Bandaranaike and the first women Prime Minister of the world late Mrs. Sirimavo Bandaranaike. The Evening pooja was held at the Sri Saddatissa International Buddhist Centre Kingsbury at which members of the SLFP UK Branch as well as those who remembered the services these leaders rendered to the Sri Lankan nation, were present. Ven. Panditha Handupelpola Mahinda Nayaka Thera led the pooja and the Anusasana was delivered by Ven. Kiulegedara Narada Thera.
