Commuters told to get MOD clearance to take bus ride from Jaffna to Colombo

However last week the government announced people could travel without MOD clearance to and from Jaffna to Colombo.

Reports from Jaffna said that many people had to go back disappointed as they were not permitted to board the buses as they had no MOD clearance.
