Bomb kills 11 civilians Fri, 09-05-2008 18:00:00 Defense sources confirmed that LTTE exploded a bomb inside the "New City Cafe" in Ampara town around 5.45 p.m today. Military spokesperson Brigadier Udaya Nanyakkara confirmed 11 death and 29 persons wounded. According to reports the bomb was a parcel bomb, which was kept in the café in Ampara town near the main bus stand.
